    Good morning all! I’m in the middle of moving. Right now, all my things are in boxes. This is a good time to continue decluttering then organize less things in my new space AND witness my thoughts, emotions, physical sensations during this time…my seat belt is on because it will be a ride!
    Thanks Lamana for the tip about getting more “clutter” out of my body during week one in prep for week two.

    I had a great question about adding nondairy yogurt to a smoothie. I love non-dairy yogurts, but not during the cleanse. Instead, we can use a ripe banana and that will give us that creamy consistency!

    What is the thinking behind not using plain coconut yogurt?

      Actually, plain coconut yogurt is better than the soy and almond milk yogurt. Read the ingredients to make sure there is little to no added sugar!

    Sooo… Day One brought about some irritability but I expected that – lol! Feeling grateful to have 3 of my buddies on this journey with me. Tonight I will journal about the experience and tomorrow I will begin some decluttering. I was proud of my smoothie bowl this morning;)
