Woo, made it through water day. My energy started dwindling down by 6pm. I was busy most of the day. This morning I had warm water and lemon. and just finished fresh coconut water. Soooo good.
I get my coconut water from the farmers market. I enjoy watching them cut the coconut and funnel the coconut water into the bottle. This afternoon I will make my green juice…

Woke by 4am PST and for some reason I am not tired:) Feeling bright eyed and bushy tailed. Meditation done ✅ Lots of new insights from this particular somatic centering practice (check out Prentiss Hemphill they are AMAZING) Perhaps my third eye is opening? I fought off my craving yesterday for a turkey burger with lots of warm tea, veggie juices and coaxing. My weekend was filled with rain, studying and being still & that was perfect for the first 3 days of juicing so give thanx! Off to the mat to facilitate my 7am Sun Salute. Onward beautiful beings and be well!!

Thanks for the love! These detoxes help me reset and get my mind right lol It is me having a self care moment so I appreciate you. Today I am feeling a bit fatigued so I am going to listen to my body and nap which I never do.

Slept well last night and slept beyond the usual time I wake, which was fine because I obviously needed the rest and I still woke up early. I’m colder than normal so sipping on warm water, letting my juice come to room temperature before drinking, dancing, rebounding (you’re welcome), light exercise & stretching to generate heat. After reading today’s note and posts, I’m inspired to do a water only day to boost the detoxing.

Happy MLK day! I did okay yesterday – did a gallon of distilled water then had to have broth for dinner and a tablespoon of honey. Slept very well 12h! Still a little tired today. I walked my dogs for 30min this morning and did some stretching and light yoga. On my third juice and almost done with coconut water!
