Good morning, everyone! I’ve really enjoyed the juice phase of our cleanse. I’m looking forward to eating seeded watermelon tomorrow.
The past few days have been very busy, I prepared all my juices in the morning and put in glass bottiles. Usually, I juice on an as needed basis but juicing one time per day made life simpler.
I got in over 13,000 steps yesterday and did a 90 min online workout last night. I slept well. Today I wiĺl enjoy pineapple, cucumber, ginger and turmeric juice in a few and green juice of kale, celery, green apple ginger and turmeric juice later in the day. Have a great day. Enjoy you last full day of juicing.

Good morning! Juicing and other liquids has been great as always, stress free and leaving me focused on what I’m consuming versus wondering what to eat.. I love cleansing because I need this time to be told how to eat sometimes. Frees my mind in more ways than one! That’s why I love this cleanse too!

Greetings! The juice phase for me is where the “magic” happens. A lot of cleansing and detoxing occurs. Although at the beginning it is an uphill battle fighting food cravings, I feel my body and mind renewing with each new day. Thank you LaMana, this cleanse is truly a life saver! I’m cruising now. I alternate my drinks between water and juice throughout the day…sometimes I drink more water, other times more juice. I drink more juice when I feel that very dull hunger sensation…it’s really, really dull and doesn’t drive me to think about eating, I take is as a signal that I need more calories. I still have high energy…I credit enema usage clearing out old waste and toxins before getting a chance to re-absorb.
I had a nice power walk this cloudy morning in the moist air while doing deep breathing exercises. Deep slow inhale 5-10 steps, then exhale on the same amount of steps. I’d play around with the counts, sometimes trying to inhale a much as possible and the same on the exhale. This was meditative, thoughts focused on breathing. My lung capacity has increased, sometimes I went beyond the 10 count.
