    The papaya looks so good. Saving my papaya until Monday. I’ll have my papaya with sliced baby banana, a little lime juice and sprinkled with cinnamon. Yesterday my energy was off the chain.
    I went to bed early and woke up at 4am. I did my 40/40 challenge and fell asleep on my mat.
    Yesterday I ate watermelon all day, had green juice, coconut water and tea throughout the day. I really was not hungary. Today, I’m doing the same. after my walk, I’m going to pick up a lb of wheatgrass and some sunny sprouts, then head to the farmers market.

    Update on my brother, he is asking for celery juice and shots of wheatgrass. I always give him whatever juice I drinking. Small miracles are happening. He is speaking better, his memory is improving and yesterday he was jogging on his walk….Woo-hoo!!!!

    I’ve leveraged the power of this program and group to lengthen and deepen my juice journey. There’s more for me to experience and witness. The juice and water are still supporting my needs, along with stretching, walking, sunshine, fresh air, yoga, light HIIT, rebounding, quiet time, bomb a$$ sleep.
