Hello y’all. This morning I “forgot” to start the day with the vinegar drink. 😜I had a fresh juice, and since I’ve been eating a lot of avocado, I diced 1 ripe, chilled avocado in a bowl drizzled with coconut amino/apple cider vinegar dressing. Breakfast — simple yet satisfying!

Yes, @bryant! I can’t get enough of avocadoes. I think It was @Joyce once who chopped up some veggies and “stuffed” the avocado with them. It looked amazing.. Matter of fact I might have that today.
