I’m in Tuesday evening for our final check-in. Yesterday I continued to keep it simple. I am not hungry, so its easy for me. I am enjoying my melons, green juices, coconut water and cinnamon tea. Yesterday I did my morning walk and completed my 40/40 exercise.
Today I’m adding papaya and banana to the mix along with salad and doing water aerobics. I’ve been thinking alot about eliminating chicken from my diet. I’ve already eliminated all other meats. Fish like salmon, tuna, mackerel will be the last thing for me to let go of…but will be cutting back on fish. I like how feel when eating clean…
