Day Three and I eager to get the day started. DAY 2 I started with warm water and lemon. Fruit salad for breakfast and I made celery, ginger (with one green apple,) juice. Tea, coconut water, water throughout the day ànd for dinner I had a large salad with sliced avocado. My energy is good, getting ready to go walking. Sipping warm lemon water, I will eat fruit when I return home.

Good morning ☀️ Doing good so far! First two days had salads with homemade dressings, açaí bowls I created. I had ginger tea, golden milk, and water. I need to do better with the water. I bought coconut water and that will help. Also slowing down, not being so busy. That’s my goal today. I was feeling yesterday like I would not do the whole 21days. I pulled out my journal and started writing and reminding myself I made a commitment to myself. I am honoring that, it is for my highest good and prayed for strength. So I am good now! The inspiration pictures helped a lot!!! I will send pictures once I figure out how to post them. Everyone have a Beautiful Day, Thank you for this space to share!

Hercules, hercules, hercules!! That is so good to hear Margot! Our success in this detox is not about the food, it’s about the emotions. Our emotional toxins will sabotage us every time, so journaling will definitely help keep us sort through some things and keep this journey in perspective. You should take a moment to do a victory dance. As a matter of fact, we should do a victory dance each and every day that we make it through!

Good evening! I agree with Margot…the posts and pictures are inspiring and I feel connect and supported. Thank you. I’m taking time to read them daily. Busy schedule today so made a yummy dandelion/ginger/carrot/apple juice this morning. Drank lots of water. Came home this evening after grocery shopping and errands all day and made a smoothie bowl (gotta do better with the pictures). Ya’ll Food Lion has good papaya (code 3112)…let ’em sit at room temp for 2-3 days until they almost reach firmness of an orange and look ugly on the outside. The juice, water, and smoothie bowl today was all my body needed because I need to reserve my digestive energy for detoxing. Water enemas really help. Gonna do a coffee enema series this week to boost the detox https://www.optimalhealthnetwork.com/Enema-Benefits-and-How-To-Do-an-Enema-at-Home-s/374.htm
Wishing everyone a great Day 4.

Day 3 is DONE! HALLELUYERRR!! Day 2 was brutal for me as I cut caffeine cold turkey so the headache rough. I did a chair yoga practice and took very long, very deep breaths & went to bed early. I woke up feeling much better. Happy to say my bowels were a movin!! Lots of warm water with lime is doing the trick! Good luck and hang in there Godessess! We got this;)
