Good morning and oh my I meant to sign in for the conversation last night, but believe it or not I went to bed by 6 ish! I’m well rested this morning, but wish I had not missed out.
I have been eating simple salads, pickled veggies and smoothies here and there. I, too need to up my water game. I’m otw to the gym now.
Thanks for the day 4 message, castor oil and dry brushing tips / reminders.

Here are the energy bars that I am making today:

I am substituting the almonds for sunflower and pumpkin seeds (making that into flour). and substituting the almond butter with sunflower seed butter!

Also, this is my chicory “coffee” maker in the mornings.

  4. Thanks for posting these resources, LaMana! I will pick up some castor oil and make the compress. I should already have a sock full of rice around here somewhere to use for moist heat. Will get on the brushing asap too.

Also, I tried to go for some normalcy by making “steak, mashed potatoes and veggies” only the mashed potatoes went brown from the avocado and they weren’t well seasoned from the get go. I tweaked this recipe substituting the nuts for seeds and adding avocado to smoothen: https://www.onegreenplanet.org/vegan-recipe/raw-cauliflower-mashed-potatoes-vegan-raw/. Maybe you can doctor it up a bit?

For dinner I had marinated zucchini noodles and shitake mushrooms. Delish.

Detoxification mode is fully kicked in. I could barely keep my eyes open during the afternoon – didn’t really get much work done.

    Tomorrow is another day.
