I definitely had fatigue and a headache yesterday. I feel a little better this morning. We got this!

Good morning, i went to bed very early yesterday. I could feel myself slowing down. Sunday was a good day, I kept it simple; fruit salad In AM, juice mid day and salad for dinner. Ready for day 4.

Woo hoo! Yes, let’s listen to our bodies… if our bodies want to slow down… let’s slow it down. Early bedtimes, frequent naps, sitting, and doing nothing! Let’s embrace our downtime. Healing is happening in the downtime!!

I had a very noticeable hot flash last night and this morning. 🔥 When I don’t eat sugar and greasy food I don’t experience this. The toxins dumping in my bloodstream are affect my hormones so I’m going to keep encouraging my body to do what is does well. Great sleep last night…that plus eating light yesterday impacted all “states” in a positive way. Did a gentle yoga session this morning that ended up sweaty. Followed up with warm fluids, fresh juice, a bit if fresh fruit…things are much better than two days ago. We’re on the proper path ya’ll!

Are you taking supplements during this time? I am but in liquid form. Views about taking supplements during cleanse vary but needed for me. Yesterday was the first day of consumption. I felt a little energy boost about an hour later.

Great question darling! I am personally not a supplement person, but I know that some of y’all swear by them.

Our bodies understand how to break down and assimilate nutrients from whole foods. When the nutrients are isolated (like most supplements), our bodies have to figure out how to handle them, and if they are low quality, they can be stored away like a toxin. Also, many times the isolated nutrients are not small enough for our bodies to absorb them, so they get flushed out (which is what you are seeing if you have bright yellow urine after taking supplements).

That said, not all supplements are created equal. If you decide to take them, look for high-quality, whole-food supplements that are preferably angstrom size.

The Vitamin Code has “whole food” right on the front. Look for this claim on all supplements!

I had a Kale Salad for breakfast! Yup, we can totally eat salads for breakfast. I did it because it was quick. Kale salad with avocado, a little nori and sesame seeds. Very Delicious! I may make a kale sushi roll for lunch in a couple of hours!

Good morning…I find the more I do the cleanse the easier it becomes and the more I look forward to each new cycle. Yesterday I had the most wonderful dinner with the raw lasagne and am looking forward to having another slice for lunch today. I’m also excited because I have a contractor running electricity to my shed today. That means I can finally get in the shed and declutter and actually see what I’m doing.
