Good morning good people! Happy day 6!! I have also been eating big salads everyday and living them, But, I have not made one photo of my food this time. I also made an amazing smoothie. It was bananas, dates, coconut mYlk , and rose powder( just pounded out roses from animi Mundi herbal store. Soooooo amazing.
I’m about to head to the gym. I gotta purge some today and gonna walk with my dog all in between work and visiting my mom who is in the hospital. Balancing is key, but this cleanse at this moment is helping me so much this time around. Happy day to all!!!

Good morning Regina,
Wow, rose powder? I love everything “rose.” That smoothie sounds delightful, like a “strawberry shake.” 😊
Wishing you a great day and sending healing energy toward you mom’s recovery. 💫

Now the Sea Bean Salad, in turn, puts me in the mind of this curious dish that I’ll just call “Gelly Noodles”: https://www.facebook.com/reel/ A little tweaking with the right ingredients (that toasted sesame oil/garlic/ginger combo always does it for me) might make things more interesting.
And I’m super impressed, and equally inspired, by your food bill. I ALWAYS go overboard. I will focus on using what I have in my kitchen before buying something new and make that a practice going forward. Food management is real with all this inflation!

Thanks for that quick dressing idea, LaMana. I made the same for dinner tonight, adding AV oil, cilantro and lime. Good stuff.
I made a smoothie bowl this morning and worked through lunch snacking on a pickle, some sauerkraut (and half an avocado). Something about their crunch and tang that’s satisfying to my taste buds right now.
What’s really good is no headache today.
