  1. Good day!

LaMana, I really appreciate the knowledge you share through this cleanse. There’s a real method to this madness! ๐Ÿ˜Š

I decided to use what I have first then fire up the juicer for lunch. Will grab a juice outside while I pick up more produce later So, it’s coconut water, bottled pressed green juice, kombucha, milk thistle tea and water for now.

Btw I’ve been rubbing down with castor oil and feeling less inflammation in my trouble areas: hips, knees and legs. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ

Finally, I actually love this time of the cleanse. I get to focus on me and my self care. I’m going to hang out at the Jeju, a Korean bath house here in Atlanta, https://jejusauna.com/. They have several mineral-based saunas (jade, salt, etc.),
heated pools, massage services a nail salon and even a food station. The cost covers a 24-hr period and I can chill there all day. I can’t wait.

    Happy juicing! ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿซ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿฅฌ๐Ÿฅ’๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿ๐Ÿฅญ๐Ÿ‰๐ŸŠ๐Ÿซ‘
